About the role

We are looking for Shipping Operator to perform work associated with the safe and efficient operation of the Warehouse and Shipping Department, which is the central location for storing, sizing, packing and shipping Borax products.

Reporting to the Department Supervisor and working in a challenging and exciting environment, you will be responsible for performing below duties:

Operates the equipment to pack and weigh Borax products in preparation for shipping.
Determines required labeling and loading instructions and completes related paperwork.
Operates and maintains printing devices.
Prepares and fills product containers.
Ensures that packed products meet weight requirements and adjusts as necessary.
From time to time, physically lift and move bagged product up to 60 lbs.
Obtains product samples and completes appropriate paperwork.
Inspects containers and trucks to verify they are clean and undamaged.
Operates shipping equipment required to load packaged products on appropriate vehicles for transport.
What youll bring

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Must be qualified based on general experience, fitness and ability.
Must be able to read, write, perform basic math.
Must demonstrate physical ability to complete the work and be computer literate.
