VWTS Supply Chain team has an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual who will be responsible for leading and managing all warehouse operations for our Water Technologies and Solutions division in the Southeast. The incumbent will manage and oversee the logistics and supply chain activities for planning, procurement, receiving and shipping from our Macon Warehouse to ensure that products are shipped to customers on time.
This role involves strategic planning, implementing operational policies, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and productivity. The successful candidate will work directly with Global Supply Chain,
Projects, and Services Operations Team, along with the extended NAM Logistics team.
This is a fast-paced job with many variables including managing conversations at various levels of the organization. This position will be based in Macon, GA.
• Manage a team of logistics professionals, warehouse personnel and daily operational activities in compliance with EHS on receiving, storage and transportation requirements.
• Create or revise warehouse SOP's, conducts trainings on SOP's and identify supply chain optimization opportunities.
• Provides direction, training, and developmental opportunities for warehouse staff.
• Responsible for OTD/OTC delivery performance KPI's to ensure communication accuracy for order fulfilment.
• Ensure that SAP and other systems are accurate and up to date.
• Oversee 3PL execution of goods receipt, storage, and outbound order processing.
• Implement robust operations processes and cycle count procedures. Reconcile inventory discrepancies and follow-up with an investigation to determine root cause.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse premises.
• Run reports, interface with production, sales, purchasing and suppliers to ensure timely receipt and shipments to our customers
• Ensure the planning of material for Inventory and Projects is in accordance with Inventory goals
• Ensure all warehouse specific planning functions including but not limited to, Production Order Creation and Purchase Req conversions are processed in alignment with inventory, individual project, and sales order's needs.
• Create Purchase requests utilizing the Indirect Purchase Process as deployed in NAM for warehouse consumables.
• Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies.
• Set work priorities for the team and ensure a safe, inclusive work environment for everyone.
• Hire, retain, develop, conduct performance reviews, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of each function

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading hourly employees in a warehouse setting
• Valid forklift operator certification with at least 2 years of operating experience
• Certification in hazardous materials shipping via ground transportation or comprehensive knowledge of DOT regulations

Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000
