We are a well-established and growing manufacturing company seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring efficient inventory management, safe material handling, regulatory compliance, and strong coordination across production, quality, and logistics.
What You'll Do
As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, driving efficiency and accuracy while maintaining a strong focus on safety and productivity.
Key Outcomes:
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and inventory control practices
- Reduce product damage and material waste by implementing effective handling procedures
- Achieve on-time performance for inbound and outbound shipments
- Reduce warehouse operating costs through continuous improvement and automation initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with safety standards, company policies, and applicable regulations
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures that improve productivity
- Maintain proper storage conditions for raw materials and finished goods
- Shorten order fulfillment cycle time by improving picking and packing processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 10+years of progressive warehouse management experience in a manufacturing setting
- 3+ years of supervisory experience leading teams of 8 or more
- Hands-on experience with inventory systems, WMS/ERP platforms, and warehouse technologies
- Working knowledge of OSHA and other applicable safety regulations
- Experience with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Forklift certification and understanding of material handling equipment operations
- Strong organizational, mathematical, and analytical skills
