Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK, home to iconic brands like Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti, Brooklyn, Hobgoblin, and Wainwright. Our soft drinks portfolio includes J2O, Robinsons, Tango, London Essence, and the licensed Pepsi portfolio in the UK, including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Ice Tea, and Rockstar Energy.

With six production facilities and 16 logistics depots across the UK, Carlsberg Britvic is committed to the success of our people. We are now recruiting for a Warehouse Manager, reporting to the Depot Manager. This role is pivotal in our journey and offers the opportunity to:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure staff are trained in safe systems of work and monitor compliance.
  • Conduct accident and near-miss investigations, obtain statements and photographic evidence, and generate action plans.
  • Ensure scheduled racking inspections are conducted per health and safety requirements and follow up on recommendations.
  • Manage warehouse resource allocation daily.
  • Oversee return-to-work meetings and inductions conducted by supervisors.
  • Maintain team engagement and effective communication.
  • Coordinate with shift supervisors on team absence and holiday management.
  • Ensure stock integrity and compliance with company procedures.
  • Prioritize health and safety in all warehouse procedures to maintain a safe environment.

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • Experience managing people and processes.
  • IT proficiency with SAP and MS Office.
  • Health and Safety training certification.
  • Experience in FMCG sector.
  • Desirable: experience in drinks and brewing industry.
  • Problem-solving, planning, and people development skills.
  • Financial awareness and cost control experience.
  • Accountability and inspiring leadership.
  • Ability to provide honest, respectful feedback that inspires change.
