Warehouse / Inventory Coordinator I ($21.68 - $27.09) Warehouse / Inventory Coordinator II ($23.18 - $30.92) Warehouse / Inventory Coordinator III ($24.82 - $33.08) We are seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Coordinator to oversee and maintain the warehouses in Field Services. The Warehouse/Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for procurement of parts and materials (dirt, limerock, and stone), efficiently managing the receipt of shipments, managing and tracking inventory to ensure items are available for field operations, and providing excellent customer service. This position will also be responsible for delivering parts orders to Field Services warehouses throughout the service area. Warehouse/Inventory Coordinator I Coordinates receipt of goods/materials; receives incoming orders, packages or deliveries; loads or unloads materials; inspects deliveries to verify receipt of correct materials, condition of materials; and completeness of entire order; verifies accuracy of packing slips and receiving documents. Processes shipment of return orders, damaged items, and warranty parts; packages materials for shipping and maintain records. Records warehouse inventory into a variety of record keeping tools inclusive of paper, cards, computerize and electronic systems. Issues materials from inventory; reviews requisitions/orders and research discrepancies; retrieves requested stock items from inventory to fill individual requisitions; packages/bundles items for pickup; coordinates delivery of materials to specific departments; maintains logs/records of all materials issued. Assists in coordinating auction activities. Maintains organization and cleanliness of warehouse or other storage areas; organizes stock and storage areas to facilitate identification and location of items; places stock items into assigned area; monitors security of items stored in or transported to/from warehouse; performs general housekeeping tasks associated with maintaining warehouse and work areas. Monitors inventory levels to ensure adequate quantities; maintains current and new stock; conducts monthly/periodic inventory counts of materials in stock; initiates orders for new or replacement materials; places orders as appropriate; obtains competitive price quotes; assesses need for new stock items; recommends addition/removal of items from inventory. Promotes safety and security by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Adherence to the use of PPE, Safety Data Sheets and OSHA guidelines. Monitors security of items stored in or transported to/from the warehouse. Provides quality service by interfacing drivers, vendors and staff in a professional and courteous manner. All other duties as assigned. Warehouse / Inventory Coordinator II - In addition to the above essential functions: Operates forklift, pallet jack, and hand trucks to load or unload trucks. Issues quotations and orders for replenishment stock to vendors. Monitors materials by inventory control methods daily, weekly, and monthly; stocks shelves; assists with year- end physical inventory. Receive parts in electronic system. Count, inspect, label and place incoming parts/supplies accurately. Approve invoices for shipments received in the electronic system. Resolves discrepancies with vendors on incoming shipments/invoices. Add, update, delete parts as needed in inventory system to support customer needs. Participate in any continuous improvement projects for the warehouse. Set Min/Max levels up in inventory system. Maintain adequate safety stock. Order parts to replenish inventory in a timely manner. Assesses the need for new stock items; recommends addition/removal of items from inventory to support customers. Identify potential items for surplus/disposal. Educates end-users on Toho warehouse/inventory procedures. Warehouse/InventoryCoordinatorIII-Inadditiontoalltheaboveessentialfunctions: Operates forklift, pallet jack and hand trucks to load or unload trucks and coordinates the maintenance and repair of forklift and other equipment. Promote safety and security by overseeing compliance with procedures, rules, and regulations. Ensure adherence by all warehouse staff to the properuse of PPE, Safety Data Sheets and OSHA guidelines. Recommend corrections as needed. .Document warehouse procedures and update periodically. Coordinate surplus/disposal process in accordance with laws and policies. Oversee hazmat disposal in accordance with laws and policies when required. Provide training on inventory methods and procedures to Warehouse Inventory Coordinator I and II. Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered. Warehouse / Inventory Coordinator I: 1.A minimum of a high school diploma or GED issued from an approved GED Administrator. 2. Entry level position. Relevant experience a plus. 3. Must possess and maintain a valid State of Florida Class E B CDL Driver's License. 4. Must obtain proper certification to operate forklift within the first six months of employment. Warehouse / Inventory Coordinator II - In addition to the above minimum qualification: 1.Minimum of three years relevant experience, warehouse/inventory management. 2.Must possess forklift certification. 3.Familiarity with automated inventory management systems. 4.Ability to train end-users on Toho warehouse/inventory procedures. Warehouse / Inventory Coordinator III - In addition to all the above minimum qualifications: 1.Minimum of six years relevant industry experience, warehouse/inventory management. Experience in a water utility is a plus. 2.Must possess forklift certification. 3.Experience documenting processes and procedures and using them for training. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. WORKING CONDITIONS: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Environmental factors include indoors, flat surface, noise, sitting with occasionally walking and standing.
