Join us. Summary of Role/Position The HR Manager will lead all aspects of human resources at our new fulfillment center. This role requires a hands-on, strategic thinker who can develop and execute HR initiatives while managing day-to-day HR operations. The HR Manager will be instrumental in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent, building a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Partner with hiring managers to recruit and retain top talent for all positions. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees. Plan and manage workforce needs to meet fulfillment center demands. Employee Relations & Engagement Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture. Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on HR-related issues. Addressing employee concerns promptly and ensuring conflict resolution. HR Policy & Compliance Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and protocols. Maintain and manage employee records and ensure confidentiality. Performance Management & Development Implement performance appraisal systems and provide training for supervisors. Identify employee development needs and coordinate training programs. Manage career development and succession planning initiatives. Compensation & Benefits Administration Oversee payroll processing in collaboration with the payroll department. Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution. HR Metrics & Reporting Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes. Provide regular reports on staffing, turnover, and other key metrics to leadership. Leadership & Change Management Act as a culture carrier, championing company values and leading change management initiatives. Support leadership in organizational development efforts. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred. 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and safety regulations. Proven experience in recruiting, employee relations, and performance management. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems. Experience in a start-up environment or building HR operations from the ground up. is an equal opportunity employer.
