Warehouse Facility Manager

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all warehouse operations-receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching ensure timely, accurate throughput across three shifts.

• Lead continuous-improvement initiatives and manage profit-and-loss responsibilities, optimizing processes and cost-control measures.

• Recruit, train, evaluate, and reward a large team hourly associates and six supervisors to maintain high performance, safety, and engagement.

• Oversee facility security, asset maintenance, and administrative functions to protect inventory, equipment, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration

• At least 5 years of profit-and-loss responsibility in a food production warehouse.

• 5+ years of hands-on warehouse management experience in the food industry, including deep expertise in WMS systems, inventory controls, and warehouse procedures.

• Lean Six Sigma certification and proven track record of launching and sustaining continuous-improvement initiatives within a high-volume, multi-shift environment.
