The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and should be highly proficient in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
What the Candidate Will Do - Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both English and Spanish
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Assist customers in obtaining pick up / delivery appointments or shipping inquiries
- Maintain an organized work environment
- Working in both an office and warehouse setting
- Utilize computerized systems to input data, analyze customer needs, and provide solutions
- Work with warehouse supervisors and team members to improve workflow and efficiency.
Basic Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish and in English
Schedule: - Shift flexibility may be required, including weekends or overtime.
