Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Clerk to support our warehouse operations. This role requires someone who can juggle multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, accurate, and adaptable in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the warehouse team and supervisors.
  • Assist with request submissions and tracking.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in person and via walkie-talkies.
  • Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to create and maintain documentation and reports.
  • Help prioritize daily warehouse tasks and shift focus as needed to meet changing demands.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and general warehouse documentation.
  • Assist in general warehouse tasks as needed, such as organizing inventory, coordinating with vendors, or supporting logistics operations.
  • Adapt to fast-changing priorities and handle multiple tasks with efficiency.
  • Take ownership of responsibilities and take pride in a job well done.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative support role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and assisting with hands-on tasks when needed.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
