Integrated Talent Strategies is seeking a Warehouse Clerk in Memphis, TN for a full-time permanent role with a fantastic organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in Shipping and Receiving, Order Fufillment and Inventory Management including stocking an replenishing. This role is with a manufacturing company and a forklift certification is preferred.

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Stocking: Unload, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments. Verify the accuracy of shipments against packing lists and purchase orders and update the warehouse management system, Infor SXe. Store products in designated areas.

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to company standards for quality and timeliness. Ensure proper labeling and prepare orders for shipping.

• Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels. Identify and report any discrepancies.

• Shipping & Logistics: Prepare and package products for shipment, including small parcels and LTL. Coordinate with shipping providers to ensure timely pickup and that daily deliveries are met.

• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety protocols and company guidelines.

• Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.

• Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse supervisors, branch managers, inside sales, and customer service teams to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in an industrial distribution warehouse or logistics role. We're committed to training to ensure success in this role.

• Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and the ability to learn our inventory management software, Infor SXe.

• Aptitude: Demonstrate good mechanical and engineering-related understanding consistent with the types of products and services we offer.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.

• Work Ethic: Punctuality, dependability, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential for success in this role.

• Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus but not required. Training will be provided for qualified candidates.
