Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate receives and inspects inbound freight. This position monitors, picks and moves inventory, utilizing various equipment. The Warehouse Associate assists with outbound shipments of materials, parts and equipment. This position monitors the inventory to ensure the necessary parts are in stock for building pumps according to the Work Orders. The primary responsibilities of this position are to receive and ship equipment, parts and materials to/from customers and vendors and to maintain a safe working environment.

Job Responsibilities: - Examines and inspects stock items for wear, defects, and/or damages; and reports damaged items to the Warehouse Manager.
- Marks stock items, using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools or other labeling methods.
- Stocks the shelves in the warehouse, tool room, supply room, and other areas in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Receiving and Processing Shipments: Unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Organizing and maintaining inventory, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring products are stored properly.
- Quality Control: Inspecting products for defects and damages and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Warehouse Organization: Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, optimizing space, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Regularly checks inventory for the availability of necessary parts; and informs the Warehouse Manager of any inventory shortages and missing parts needed to complete pending work orders.
- Picks inventory for Work Orders and Shipment Orders.
- Assists with packaging outbound materials (i.e., parts, equipment, etc.).
- Reviews attached packing documents with shipments to ensure thoroughness and accuracy.
- Monitors and maintains proper inventory levels of equipment, parts and packing materials.
- Regularly checks inventory for the availability of necessary parts and informs Warehouse Lead and Sr.
- Production Manager of any inventory shortages and missing parts needed to complete pending Work Orders.
- Moves and/or consolidate inventory, utilizing a forklift, cherry picker and/or pallet jack.
- Maintains a clean and organized warehouse area that is free from debris.
- Wears proper clothing and personal protective equipment, as necessary.
- Properly operates equipment following all safety and operating guidelines.
- Adheres to all safety guidelines.
