Warehouse Administrator jml

Looking for candidates with more excel and SAP experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage daily warehouse administrative tasks, including data entry, inventory tracking, and record-keeping
  • Assist in preparing and processing shipping and receiving documents
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates in the warehouse management system
  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to resolve shipment and delivery issues
  • Support the warehouse team in organizing and maintaining the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency
  • Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, order status, and other key metrics
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new warehouse staff
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or administrative role
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
