SUMMARY: Performs various tasks related to assisting dealers with accurate receipt of HVAC & Supply equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Schedule and coordinate trailer pick-up & delivery with transporters
- Monitor status of all pending orders and initiate action as warranted
- Review/confirm all memorandum of shipments
- Generate all bills of lading and secure carrier signatures
- General administrative tasks as required
- Performs housekeeping as assigned.
- Assist in annual warehouse inventory
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE We are looking for a customer oriented person with a High school diploma or GED required. Material handling experience preferred.
