The
Warehouse Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Warehouse Manager, as well as to the General Manager. Duties may include, but are not limited to - administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory compliance, as well as general clerical duties.
In light of the
seasonal and
event-driven nature of our business, the position will run from now until April 4th.
The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes
evenings and
weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, interpersonal skills, self-direction and independent decision-making skills are required.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $18 to $21.

- Performs the administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, transferring, storing, sorting and distributing of product
- Handles all incoming calls
- Inputs product transfers and inventory into the POS
- Submits invoices to the Office Manager for payment
- Clerical duties such as printing, copying, filing
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications
- Computer proficient
- Administrative experience
- Warehouse experience (preferred)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Open availability, dependable, self-direction, time management and independent decision-making skills
