Job Title: Warehouse Admin Job Description As a Warehouse Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities. You will coordinate workload allocation among warehouse workers, material handlers, and drivers, prepare work orders, and troubleshoot orders to resolve discrepancies. Additionally, you will manage inventory allocation, input data into the Warehouse Management System, and generate essential reports.
Responsibilities - Coordinate workload allocation among warehouse workers, material handlers, and drivers.
- Prepare work orders and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Assign and release orders for loading and unloading.
- Allocate and research inventory for orders.
- Enter data for inbound and outbound freight into the Warehouse Management System.
- Create bills of lading.
- Maintain and generate required reports.
- Process, audit, and file various documentation.
