We have a position open for a Full-time Warehouse 2 /Stock Customer Service at our Ala Moana Center store on Oahu.

Warehouse Duties:
  • Offloading and receiving weekly containers, air-cargo shipments and vendor deliveries
  • Preparing and loading cargo van for wholesale orders and retail deliveries
  • Organizing warehouse and retail stockroom inventory using first-in and first out (FIFO) method
  • Maintain a clean, neat, safe and accessible work environment.
Retail Stock Clerk Customer Service Duties:
  • Welcome and greet guests with genuine "Aloha"; assist customers to meet their shopping needs, for example by fielding questions about products; display an upbeat disposition with a natural ability to upsell and boast sales by providing informative recommendations.
  • Support customer service and sales by promptly and efficiently replenishing sales-floor inventory
  • Receive shipments into the back stockroom
  • Keep stock and inventory organized and apply the first-in and first-out (FIFO) rotation method.
Other Duties:
  • Lend a hand to other store-related activities as needed, so an adaptable/flexible nature is a must
  • Work safely to prevent injury to self and others, and prevent damage to products, equipment and property
  • With a valid driver's license, may have the opportunity to become a backup driver when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn and use hand truck and manual pallet jack. Experience using a hand truck is a plus
  • Must be able to work independently or with a team; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to communicate professionally and share information with peers and customers
  • Honest, hardworking and caring
  • Responsible, energetic and detail oriented
  • Must have basic math skills
  • Must be able to follow instructions, work independently and with the team.
  • Frequent lifting, standing and walking during the shift duration.
  • Have a valid drivers license.
Work Hours:

Warehouse Shift is dependent on shipment/deliveries for the week and subject to change. Key warehouse days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Must be able to start between 6:00 a.m. and 8 a.m. and report to a separate off property warehouse location.

Retail Stock Customer Service Shift at mall: Currently, Ala Moana Mall Hours are 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. daily. When scheduled as a Stock Clerk, must be able to start before and after normal store hours for opening and closing procedures. Extended hours during monthly inventory, and peak seasons throughout the year, for example November and December. Must be able to work one day on the weekend. Shift schedule subject to operational changes.
