Wall Panel Project Manager/Estimator
We are looking for someone to be responsible for planning projects and preparing budgets and timelines. They will review proposals, blueprints, and other documents to estimate the necessary resources for the implementation of Wall Panel and Roofing projects.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- 5 years in commercial Project Management and/or estimating.
- Knowledge of ACM Panels, Metal Panels, Cornices, Louver, Sunshade, and other products
- Work closely with architects and other professionals from pre-bid to completion
- Schedule and run meetings with clients, site managers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor construction process, ensure work is done up to code and quality.
Compensation:
- Base Salary with PTO based on experience.
- Additional bonuses and profit margin sharing
