Position Overview:
As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and ensure that guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders from guests in a polite and friendly manner.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
- Answer questions about the menu, make recommendations, and accommodate special requests.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Process payments and provide accurate change.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
