Summary This position is located at Samuel Adams Brewhouse/Saber & Quill. This position is a FLEX position. FLEX positions can be worked anywhere between 0 - 40 hours per week. Hours are not guaranteed. This is a tip offset position. Responsibilities Takes orders placed by guest for alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages. Orders drinks from bartender and delivers to patrons Collects cash or payment by credit card. Keeps service bar area clean and orderly. Cleans and clears customer service areas. May assist bartender in dispensing beverages and restocking the bar area. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications 1. Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages applicant must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment. 2. Possess basic math skills necessary to compute patron bills and make change. 3. Be able to communicate effectively in English.
