Job Description
  • Serve all Food and Beverage products in a polite and efficient manner. Follow all Company policies and procedures. Must be RAMP Certified.
  • Greets and serves guests in a friendly, upbeat, and positive manner using the guest's name when possible.
  • Monitors and maintains room cleanliness, maintenance, and atmosphere in assigned area.
  • Familiarizes self with all items on the menu and explains food items when necessary. Answer Guest questions as appropriate.
  • Accepts responsibility for cash register bankroll, all cash received, charge card and complimentary receipts.
  • Supervise the duties of the busser(s).
  • Receives, records, and makes change for all food and beverage guest checks processed.
  • Maintains the appropriate supplies needed for the proper performance of duties.
  • Completes all necessary paperwork and floor plans at the beginning of each shift.
  • Garnishes items as needed. Notifies supervisor of any quality or freshness concerns.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
  • Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
  • Maintain an open line of communication with Management.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow Team Members and Vendors.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills
  1. High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Must be RAMP Certified. Minimum of 5 years food service experience.
  2. The ability to anticipate our guests' needs. Strong communication skills both verbally and through written communications. Ability to function as part of a team. Be proactive and positive presenting a professional image.
  3. Ability to work all shifts, weekends/holidays. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  4. Ability to stand, walk and communicate to departmental staff in a professional and clear manner.
  5. Full knowledge of all relevant federal, state and local regulations and sanitation standards.
