VTC Technician Job Category: Service Contract Act Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local The Opportunity: We are seeking a Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Technician to provide critical support for the JNWC. The selected candidate will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VTC systems within a secure environment, ensuring reliable and secure communication channels for mission-critical operations. This role requires advanced technical expertise, strict adherence to security protocols, and the ability to operate in a high-pressure environment. Responsibilities:
• The VTC Technician will provide support for day-to-day operations at the JNWC
• Scheduling of classified and unclassified Internet Protocol (IP) video teleconferences for CONUS and OCONUS meeting
• Ensuring and troubleshooting interoperability of VTC bridges and endpoints
• Create and maintain SOP's for utilization of conference center equipment
• Identify and execute process improvements to improve operational efficiency
• Inventory management of end user devices
• Create and manage user accounts
• Support other associated activities, tasks, and projects in a very diverse and fast-paced test, operations-focused environment. Qualifications:
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, Information Technology, Communication or Other Related Field
• 5 Years' Relevant Experience
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as thorough knowledge of VTC hardware, software, and network connections.
• Prior Experience Working with Classified/Secured VTC Systems
• Prior experience with debugging the interoperation of VTC bridges and endpoints
• Prior experience Installing, configuring, and maintaining VTC endpoints
• Understanding of DOD Security Regulations, Polices, and Procedures
• An Interim Secret clearance is enough to begin work, and will be upgraded to TS/SCI on the job

The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location.
