Client is hiring a VTC Technician in support of our Navy Customer in Bethesda, MD. The selected applicant will possess two (2) years of experience in each of the following:

• VTC and audio-visual (A/V) equipment operation from multiple manufacturers.
• VTC and A/V industry standards, wide area network (WAN) technologies as applicable to VTC operations.
• Knowledge of VoIP/IP VTC systems, software, hardware, and Telecommunications standards.
• Strong customer service skills, including direct interactions with end users for operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and general knowledge sharing with both experienced and unexperienced end users.
• Use of Microsoft Office 365 collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
