Business Classifications About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President of YouTube Strategy to lead the enhancement of its YouTube offerings. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in the digital music or entertainment industry, with a focus on YouTube or video platforms, and at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. The role requires a deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, content best practices, and monetization opportunities, particularly within the music vertical. Proficiency in data analytics and experience in rights management, channel optimization, and revenue generation are essential. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong leadership and management abilities, and the capacity to work across multifunctional teams. A strategic mindset, the ability to lead complex initiatives, and a proven track record of managing P&Ls are also key requirements.
