Key Responsibilities: - Client Relationship Management - Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor while providing backup support to Treasury Services staff.
- Revenue Growth & Profitability - Drive the growth of treasury services by identifying new business opportunities, cross-selling relevant solutions, and supporting bankers in reaching their sales goals to maximize profitability.
- Market Analysis & Strategy - Monitor competitor products, deposit pricing, and fees to stay ahead of market trends, ensuring competitive offerings and contributing to strategic decisions.
- Risk Management & Compliance - Oversee financial reporting, fraud prevention strategies, and risk mitigation processes to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Operational Efficiency & Documentation - Manage the preparation of agreements and closing documents, ensuring operational efficiency while also driving profitability through streamlined processes and cost-effective solutions.
- Collaboration & Leadership - Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure optimal service delivery, meet performance targets, and enhance overall profitability.
What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in treasury services, commercial banking, or a related field.
- Strong relationship-building and sales abilities, with a proven track record of client engagement and business growth.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- A keen understanding of driving profitability through both client acquisition and retention.
Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000
