Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic client leader for the account, driving revenue growth and long-term relationship value.
- Own and achieve assigned sales targets, pipeline goals, and profitability metrics.
- Lead account strategy, planning, and execution in collaboration with delivery, presales, and solution teams.
- Identify new opportunities across Telecom consumer and enterprise segments, including whitespace expansion and transformation initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, governance, and delivery quality.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 16+ years of experience in IT Services sales, client management, and account growth.
- Deep understanding of the telecom industry, with preference for candidates from the consumer telecom segment.
- Proven track record of quota attainment and expanding large strategic accounts.
- Experience working with or through Global System Integrators (GSIs) on complex, multi-year deals.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and client engagement skills.
