Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sr. Client Partner to lead and grow our engagement with largest telecom service provider, with a specific focus on partnering with Chief Data, Analytics, and AI business unit. This role is responsible for expanding our footprint across data-driven transformation programs and delivering value through next-generation IT services, AI/ML platforms, and data modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the account growth leader, specifically aligned to the Chief Data and AI office.
- Drive proactive engagement on data strategy, analytics modernization, AI/ML implementation, and governance.
- Own and deliver sales quotas, pipeline targets, and account expansion plans.
- Lead large transformation pursuits in AI, Gen AI, Data Platforms, and Intelligent Automation, collaborating with internal presales, delivery, and solution teams.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders, particularly in Data, Analytics, and AI organizations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, delivery quality, and governance for all active engagements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 16+ years of experience in IT Services, with a strong track record in data and AI-led business transformation.
- Experience selling to or working with Chief Data Officers, Chief AI Officers, or senior analytics stakeholders.
- Prior experience with in the telecom sector is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with modern data platforms, cloud-native architectures, and AI/ML solutioning.
- Strong ecosystem orientation, with experience in partner-led growth via GSIs and hyperscalers.
- Proven success as a quota-carrying account leader, with deep relationship and consultative selling skills.
