About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Performance Marketing to lead the next phase of growth for its brand. The successful candidate will be a strategic, results-driven marketing executive with a focus on client acquisition. This role involves overseeing all digital marketing programs and tactics, including paid media, SEO, SEM, social, CRM, referrals, and affiliate marketing. The VP will be responsible for developing and executing annual marketing plans, managing a team, and evaluating revenue levers for the national network of referral partners. A key aspect of the role is to ensure strong performance across channels, optimize funnels, reduce CAC, and drive LTV using data and attribution. The ideal candidate will have a background in high-trust service industries, experience in brand positioning, and a proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions. The VP, Performance Marketing will be expected to have a hands-on approach, leading with data, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. They should be adept at client journey optimization, insights, analytics, and attribution, and be capable of building the core capabilities needed for digital growth. Experience in a high-growth, results-driven environment, particularly within a private equity-backed business, is highly valued. The role requires a leader who is comfortable with ambiguity, and who can effectively manage agency relationships, and ensure that all digital programs align with the brand's standards and performance targets. The candidate should be a builder, with a strong focus on team development, and be able to architect scalable systems while leading a growing team.
