About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Omnichannel Strategy to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications plans for a specific set of clients and brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of omnichannel initiatives, ensuring they align with client objectives and industry best practices. This role requires a leader who can foster strong client partnerships, guide the research process for actionable insights, and mentor a strategy team to deliver exceptional results. The VP will also be involved in business development, thought leadership, and staying at the forefront of omnichannel and customer experience innovation. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in omnichannel strategy, digital marketing, or related roles within an agency, with a proven track record of leadership at a senior level. Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences sectors is essential, with a deep understanding of their unique regulatory environments and customer engagement needs. The role demands expertise in multichannel marketing, digital platforms, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics, as well as the ability to balance strategic oversight with a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital campaign measurement, be adept at influencing cross-functional teams, and have a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities for client success and agency growth.
