Description
The VP of Transit/Rail Projects Across New England W/ Top ENR Firm will be responsible for:
Lead client relations for surface transportation clients, with an emphasis on transit and rail projects.
Manage major pursuits and projects, serving as Project Manager or Project Director.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Motivate and manage project teams, ensuring cohesive and efficient collaboration.
Support multiple transportation clients in the Boston area while providing direction to team members.
Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor and resource.
Oversee client pursuit strategies and lead positioning and proposal efforts.
Attract and retain top talent to develop a vibrant transit and rail practice in the New England area.
Profile
The right candidate has the following qualifications:
15+ years of experience in the engineering and construction field, with a focus on major rail projects.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent; Massachusetts PE License required.
Proven ability to grow business and develop a strong portfolio of transit projects.
Experienced in setting industry standards, driving innovation, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide teams to success.
