About the Role The Company is seeking a VP of Strategic Operations to play a pivotal role in the operational execution and strategic initiatives of the business. This senior-level operator will be a key partner to the EVP of Global Cyber Operations, leading the coordination of strategic initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of services is both excellent and aligned with the company's goals. The successful candidate will be a versatile, senior-level operator with a background in strategic operations, consulting, product, or business leadership, particularly within the MDR space. They will be responsible for building and leading cyber security services teams, as well as managing and developing operational standards. The role requires a strong grasp of delivery operations in a cybersecurity services-led business, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex problems and manage stakeholders at all levels. The VP of Strategic Operations at the company will be a true utility player, adept at switching between strategy and execution, and will be instrumental in shaping and scaling the company's offerings. This is not a traditional operations job; it demands a thought partner who can bring operational, market, and customer insight to the table. The role also involves supporting executive-level reporting, communications, and decision-making, and leading process improvement efforts across delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with go-to-market and product functions, be comfortable in high-stakes customer-facing situations, and possess a strong analytical and operational mindset. ITAR compliance is a requirement for this position, and the candidate must be a U.S. Person as defined by the relevant regulations.
