GTB Technologies is on a mission to help organizations regain control of their sensitive data, and we're looking for a visionary, hands-on Vice President of Sales-Americas to accelerate our next stage of growth.
This executive role is for a strategic leader who can build, scale, and inspire high-performance sales organizations. You'll be responsible for revenue leadership, GTM strategy, and team performance - owning everything from pipeline generation to deal closure. What You'll Own:
- Drive Revenue Strategy: Define, implement, and lead GTB's end-to-end sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
- Lead & Inspire: Build, mentor, and grow a world-class team of Sales Managers, AEs, AMs, and SDRs - fostering a high-performance, accountable culture.
- Scale the Engine: Develop repeatable processes, scalable systems, and high-converting playbooks to support and meet aggressive growth goals.
- Own the Numbers: Forecast precisely, manage the funnel, and ensure your team consistently meets or exceeds targets across all regions and segments.
- Enable Execution: Partner with Sales Ops, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine GTM alignment, improve enablement, and accelerate time-to-revenue.
- Recruit the Best: Attract, hire, and retain top sales talent; build bench strength and succession plans to scale with the company.
- Be Customer-Centric: Ensure the voice of the customer is central to our sales conversations, product development, and messaging.
- Roll up your sleeves: Be ready to jump into deals, calls, projects, and other tasks as needed to support business objectives - you're not just managing, you're leading.
- Champion Data & Tools: Leverage CRM, analytics, and enablement platforms to surface insights, optimize performance, and inform decision-making.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in B2B SaaS sales, including 3+ years in a senior/executive role (e.g., Director/VP)
- Proven ability to scale revenue
- Track record of building and leading high-performing, outbound-heavy sales teams
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, from SMB to Fortune 500, and experience selling to technical or security-focused buyers
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and forecasting skills - you know your funnel, metrics, and growth levers cold.
- Obsessed with coaching, talent development, and continuous improvement
- Expertise in modern sales tech stack: Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, Clari, etc.
- Bonus: Background in cybersecurity or working in highly regulated industries
