Job Details

The VP of Product is a special visionary that has a rare balance of crafting the right strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute on it. We need someone to lead from the front, inspiring a team with a founders mentality in a fast-paced environment. You engage with customers, build strong relationships to collaborate both cross-functionally and externally, and are up to date with the latest and greatest technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CPO to shape the product vision and build a cohesive strategy and roadmap.
• Dive deep into user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
• Own the Product Management lifecycle processes to maximize outcomes and ensure efficient delivery.
• Ensure that initiatives and efforts across product, engineering, design, and other functions are aligned and optimized.
• Break down silos, foster collaboration, and promote transparency to drive organizational alignment.

Required Qualifications

• 10 + years of professional experience, preferably managing modern products
• 5 + years of product leadership experience in a B2B SaaS environment (Director or VP responsibilities preferred)
• Highly-skilled in Operational efficiency, with the ability to strike the perfect balance of process + alignment in a fast paced startup
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple work streams
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field is preferred
