As VP of Plumbing Services, you will have total control over plumbing field operations, reporting directly to our Director of Field Ops. We're giving you the platform, the resources, and the authority to build an empire your way - no red tape, no excuses.



The Mission: Rebuild, Lead, and Dominate



Your mission will be clear and challenging: take a good plumbing operation and make it truly great. We're targeting $2M+ per month in plumbing revenue, and you'll be the one making it happen. To achieve this, you will:


  • Lead from the front: Command and mentor a team of 20-75 plumbers and technicians, instilling a culture of excellence and urgency on every job.
  • Enforce Call-by-Call Discipline: Every service call is a chance to excel. You'll implement strict call-by-call (CBC) protocols, ensuring each technician maximizes revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction on every single call.
  • Drive Aggressive KPIs: You live and breathe numbers. Set, track, and crush key performance indicators - from conversion rates to average ticket size - relentlessly pushing your team to outperform targets in both revenue and gross margin.
  • Recruit & Build A-Players: Identify, recruit, and train the best plumbers in the industry. You're building an army of "A" players, and you won't settle for less. If someone doesn't meet the standard, you either elevate them or replace them - period.
  • Own the P&L: Full profit-and-loss responsibility means you drive efficiency and profitability. You find revenue where others miss it and cut out waste with an iron fist.

What It Takes: Key Qualifications

  • Proven Field General: You have run a $10M+ residential plumbing division before. You know the ins and outs of residential service (this isn't new construction), and you've been the one calling the shots at a high level.
  • Team Command Experience: Direct leadership of a large field team (20-75 technicians). You've managed supervisors, dispatchers, and techs in the trenches, and those people would go to battle for you again.
  • CBC Discipline Enforcer: Demonstrated experience implementing call-by-call management. You hold your techs accountable on each and every call - you review outcomes, coach in real time, and never let standards slip. Accountability is your middle name.
  • KPI-Driven Mindset: You thrive in a metrics-driven, high-KPI environment. Daily dashboards, weekly scorecards - that's where you live. Hitting goals isn't good enough; you're always looking to beat yesterday's numbers.
