- Lead from the front: Command and mentor a team of 20-75 plumbers and technicians, instilling a culture of excellence and urgency on every job.
- Enforce Call-by-Call Discipline: Every service call is a chance to excel. You'll implement strict call-by-call (CBC) protocols, ensuring each technician maximizes revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction on every single call.
- Drive Aggressive KPIs: You live and breathe numbers. Set, track, and crush key performance indicators - from conversion rates to average ticket size - relentlessly pushing your team to outperform targets in both revenue and gross margin.
- Recruit & Build A-Players: Identify, recruit, and train the best plumbers in the industry. You're building an army of "A" players, and you won't settle for less. If someone doesn't meet the standard, you either elevate them or replace them - period.
