Key responsibilities include developing and executing performance marketing strategies, designing rapid experimentation roadmaps, and leading the execution of customer data platform initiatives. The role also involves overseeing email and lifecycle marketing, managing digital media agencies, and building a high-performing internal performance marketing team. Applicants for the VP of Performance and Growth Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record in paid digital acquisition and lifecycle marketing. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of media platforms and emerging digital formats, as well as experience with CDPs, audience segmentation, and lifecycle marketing automation.
