What You Bring
- 8-12+ years of marketing leadership, preferably in travel, lifestyle, or impact sectors
- Expert-level Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Strong team leadership and multi-million dollar budget management
- Sharp copywriting instincts and storytelling excellence
- Great design sense-you know what's fresh and compelling
- Fluency in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, email, etc.)
- Passion for sustainability, regeneration, and changing the travel game
- You're proactive, collaborative, and fun to work with
Compensation & Equity
- Pre-Funding: $500/month stipend + join investor pitches
- Post-Funding: $125,000 salary + 3% equity
- Equity Target: 15-18x return potential with exit in 5-6 years

- Preferred: Portland, OR (in-person preferred post-funding)
- Open to: West Coast Time Zone
- Exceptional candidates elsewhere considered on a case-by-case basis
