We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Vice President or Vice President of Marketing & Brand Strategy to lead the development and marketing of the Stephen Silver Fine Jewelry and The Villa brand/experience. This individual will steward our brands, spanning the worlds of watches and fine jewelry, and our bespoke retail destination, The Villa Menlo Park. You will have the unique opportunity to present and create the vision for our brand's future while putting your personal stamp on its evolution.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for understanding, managing, and marketing a brand and a co-op model, building relationships with brand partners, and ensuring alignment with Stephen Silver's values and unique positioning in our local Silicon Valley community and on a global stage.

This role is perfect for a results-driven leader with extensive expertise in luxury marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing world-class brand strategies, spearheading high-impact marketing initiatives, and creating captivating experiences that inspire loyalty, invite discovery, and drive lasting growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Elevate the positioning, visual identity, and brand voice of Stephen Silver Fine Jewelry as a global jewelry brand and retailer, and The Villa Menlo Park as a destination to reflect our legacy and prestige within the global luxury landscape.
- Craft and lead a compelling, cohesive brand narrative across all touchpoints-digital, in-store, and media-that conveys sophistication, exclusivity, and authenticity.
- Define and enhance the ultra-luxury client experience, translating The Villa's intimacy and refinement into meaningful moments of connection and elevated service.
- Concept, manage, and execute exclusive events, programs, and white-glove service offerings that foster deep client engagement and long-term loyalty.
- Build and present a forward-looking brand and marketing roadmap aligned with Stephen Silver's heritage, growth objectives, and elite clientele.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital, print, PR, social media, influencer relations, and experiential marketing.
- Develop and manage a high-end brand co-op program, forging strategic partnerships, ensuring content alignment, and activating collaborative campaigns that uplift both Stephen Silver and partner brands.
- Guide the evolution of the brand's digital ecosystem-e-commerce, content, innovation-while mirroring the exclusivity of The Villa's in-person experience.
- Oversee marketing strategy, calendars, budgets, and performance analytics to ensure efficiency, brand alignment, and resonance with ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
- Inspire a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of creativity, excellence, and accountability in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
- Collaborate with internal leadership and external agencies to drive campaign development and uphold brand integrity across all initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8-10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 3 years in luxury retail, fine jewelry, watches, or related industries
- Deep understanding of the luxury consumer mindset and experience, designing exceptional client experiences.
- Results-oriented with proven success in brand growth, global positioning, and marketing performance in premium or ultra-premium sectors.
- Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior, high-touch client engagement, and the nuances of omnichannel experience design.
- Strong leadership, communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree in marketing, brand strategy, or luxury brand management is preferred.
