About the Role The Company is seeking a VP of Design to lead the design function and ensure that all customer interactions are intuitive and seamlessly integrated. This role requires a leader with a strong vision, exceptional craft, and a proven track record in UX and product design, particularly in creating cohesive customer experiences across a range of digital products. The VP of Design will also be instrumental in refining and evangelizing the product vision and strategy, with a focus on user-centered design principles and the impact of design on business metrics. Candidates for the VP of Design position at the company should have at least 12 years of experience in UX and product design, with a minimum of 7 years in design leadership roles. The role demands a deep expertise in user-centered design methodologies, research techniques, and design systems, as well as a strong understanding of emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will be a player-coach with a collaborative leadership style, capable of inspiring and nurturing high-performing design teams.
