About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead a mission-driven team that is dedicated to making nutritious food more accessible and affordable, particularly for lower-income populations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full marketing function, with a primary focus on member and B2B marketing. This role involves developing and executing integrated, data-driven campaigns to maximize the reach and impact of the company's offerings. The VP of Marketing will also be tasked with strengthening the brand in the marketplace, building visibility and thought leadership, and supporting B2B growth efforts. A key aspect of the role is to partner with internal stakeholders to achieve revenue targets and ensure that member demand is met with the available supply of services. Candidates for this role should be results-driven, collaborative leaders with a passion for using data to optimize marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a background in consumer marketing, with a preference for B2B2C, and at least 5 years of marketing leadership experience. Experience in developing growth strategies for underserved populations and a deep understanding of corporate marketing tailored to health plans are essential. The role requires a candidate who is analytical, skilled at building strong relationships, and has a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration. A passion for improving healthcare access and outcomes, particularly with a focus on health equity, is a must. Familiarity with compliance and consent frameworks relevant to healthcare marketing communications is also necessary.
