- IT Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT systems, including network, servers, storage, IaaS, and applications. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure (24x7x365).
- Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT operations and shared services budget. Monitor expenses and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial goals.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect IT assets and data.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. Implement new technologies and practices to enhance IT operations and service delivery.
QualificationsSkills, Experience & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or relevant experiences in lieu of Bachelor's degree).
- Experience managing budgets with a key focus on working with partners for CapEx and OpEx management.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network, and systems management in a business that operates 24x7x365 with demanding uptime and availability.
- Experience with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
- Proven excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive organizational change.
- Proven experience with global technology platforms & global operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the hospitality or gaming industry.
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP.
- In-depth technical knowledge around core infrastructure technologies: Networking, Compute Storage & Cloud services.
- Experience integrating infrastructure value with business application process.
- Experience with Casino & Hospitality technologies.
- Experience with luxury market requirements.
Tech Stack Experience Preferred:
- Palo Alto FW, Extreme Wired Networks, Aruba Wireless, SQL Server, Oracle Exadata, VMWare, Nutanix
