The Vice President, HR Business Partner will be the senior strategic HR thought partner for two of our Corporate Functions. This leader will be a critical partner to the executive leadership teams of the Digital, Data, Analytics & Technology "DDAT" and Enterprise Strategy organizations. This leader will serve as a member of the HR Leadership Team, contribute to setting enterprise HR strategy and work collaboratively to meet or exceed our objectives. Regarding DDAT, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our technology workforce. You will lead the strategy creation to attract and nurture top tech talent while ensuring our existing technology professionals are engaged and retained. You will be the primary leader accountable for driving the DDAT "Colleague at the Core" initiative. For both the DDAT and Enterprise Strategy functions, you will be responsible for targeted strategies on recruiting and retaining top talent, optimizing organization design, enhancing colleague learning opportunities, growth and development, and change management. You will also be accountable for support cross business unit talent strategies and mobility. Major Responsibilities Deliver strategic business advisory consulting to executive business leaders to foster best in class talent solutions, align talent management practices, workforce effectiveness, and/or organizational effectiveness strategies in support of the evolving and transformative business strategy Leverage enterprise and HR Centers of expertise resources to bring comprehensive HR solutions to bear for Corporate Functions. Ensure common solutions across shared services wherever possible Building talent bench strength and robust succession planning by consulting on selection, onboarding, engagement, development, movement/rotation, performance assessment, pay and rewards/recognition in support of business strategy execution Team with business leaders to organize optimal structure and human capital requirements; evaluate and adjust human capital based on evolving business needs in partnership business leaders across the enterprise Champion change capable organization that helps colleagues to thrive in a constantly changing environment; orchestrate the pace and process of change (i. e. new rollouts, programs, tools, etc.) to ensure delivery of outcomes by helping leaders to clearly articulate critical few behaviors to inspire colleagues and build openness; assess commitment and sustainability of change(s) using a variety of methods to gather colleague perspective Establish and monitor organization and talent metrics aligned to business strategy targeted leadership development/coaching that aligns behavior with leadership expectations and drives business outcomes. Travel: 30% Education: Bachelor's Degree required / Advanced Degree preferred Qualifications The candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This position offers broad exposure to all aspects of the company's business, as well as significant interaction with all the business leaders. The candidate will be expected to have the following key attributes: 15+ years of strategic Human Resources experience, 8+ years HR leadership HR leadership supporting Digital/Data/Analytics/Technology organizations strongly preferred Experience identifying business opportunities and creating and implementing people strategies to address business needs Ability to work across shared Services and Business Units with an enterprise mindset Ability to build strong relationships with multiple partners and to coach/develop colleagues at all levels Critical thinking skills: ability to develop, document and effectively communicate strategies Experience gathering data, analyzing issues, identifying core causes and address opportunities related to a diverse and dynamic slate of business challenges Project and change management skills to respond to short- and long-term business priorities. The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: $300,000.00 Maximum: $400,000.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
