About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP Global Account Management to spearhead the strategic leadership of its global account team. The successful candidate will be a data-driven and strategic leader, responsible for mentoring and coaching a team of account managers, overseeing customer retention, and driving revenue growth across the entire installed base. This pivotal role involves managing renewal pipelines, developing client relationships, and leading the strategy for forecasting. The VP will also be actively involved in supporting Go-To-Market frameworks, pricing strategies, and ensuring the team's ongoing development. A strong operator with executive presence, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling account programs and be adept at working cross-functionally to align on customer outcomes and expansion efforts. Candidates for the VP Global Account Management position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' experience in managing a team of account managers, with a proven history of meeting NRR and GRR targets in an enterprise environment. Deep knowledge of account planning, critical account management, and the Martech ecosystem is essential. The role requires the ability to navigate large organizations, experience in cross-sell and upsell programs, and proficiency in contract and legal negotiations. The candidate should be familiar with forecasting tools such as Salesforce and possess executive presence with a collaborative approach to leadership.
