I'm seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Business Development Executive to lead strategic growth initiatives, cultivate robust client partnerships, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven capacity to thrive within a dynamic, results-oriented environment and possess a successful history of acquiring significant clients within customer care and sales.

This is a remote position to be based in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through diligent research, strategic outreach, and professional networking.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies. In delivering high-value outcomes in customer care, sales, and retention across diverse sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams.
  • Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their internal advocate to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Be a brand ambassador industry events,
  • Formulate and execute a targeted engagement strategy for a defined list of key accounts, leveraging both existing professional connections and assigned opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting, consultative solution selling, and robust client engagement.
  • Established and extensive professional network within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, facilitating rapid lead generation and sales progression.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to present confidently and exert influence at the executive (C-level) level.

Experience

  • A minimum of seven years of documented success in enterprise sales within the utility, telecommunications, FinTech, or Healthcare industries, with a significant focus on client acquisition and account development.
  • Extensive experience in selling BPO services, encompassing sales, retention, and customer care solutions.
  • Competence in pricing methodologies, contract negotiation, and the development of compelling proposals.
  • Familiarity with leading Customer Experience (CX) digital technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Analytically, proactive, and results-driven approach to responsibilities
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of adhering to demanding deadlines when necessary.
