About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President, Brand Marketing to join their mission of supporting entrepreneurs in a simple and effective way. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and adaptable leader with a proven track record in high-growth environments, capable of building and leading a brand marketing team that is customer-obsessed and dedicated to delivering delightful and memorable experiences. This role is pivotal in setting the brand strategy, pushing the brand forward with best-in-class storytelling, and creating a culture that is oriented around the customer. The VP will be responsible for establishing brand and creative functions, overseeing the development of major brand and product campaigns, and refining processes to ensure the production of remarkable campaigns that drive awareness, retention, loyalty, and growth. Applicants for the VP, Brand Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of marketing experience, with at least 8 years in management roles, and a strong background in building and developing brand marketing and creative teams. The role requires a resourceful marketer with a tenacious mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, creative, and results-oriented, with a deep passion for ensuring customer value. Responsibilities also include setting clear and ambitious goals, tracking and improving core brand metrics, and demonstrating the positive impact of brand investments on other company KPIs. A deep understanding of creative and project management tools is essential, and experience in both in-house and agency environments is desired.
