Requirements Who Should Apply? We are looking for professionals with expertise in:

Successful mentors will have:
- At least three years of professional experience in their field.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to support mentees effectively.
- The ability to dedicate 2-4 hours per month to mentoring sessions.
