- This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, Daytime position.
- This position requires a valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable internet access.

As Homeland Hospice's Volunteer Coordinator, you would coordinate Hospice volunteer services, including recruiting, training, assigning and scheduling, supervising, retaining, and recognizing volunteers. You would serve as a resource to the Hospice team, as well as to the community at large, regarding volunteer services and issues, and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Hospice Volunteer Program.
Requirements include: - Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or social work preferred.
- Other degree or equivalent may be considered based on relevant background and experience,
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical or health setting required, 1 year hospice experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting.
- Understanding of Hospice philosophy, principles of death/dying.
- Licensure, Registration, and Certification Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation that is insured in accordance with Pennsylvania state requirements and agency policy.
- Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
- Satisfactory criminal background check.
- Maintains current CPR certification.
- Access to reliable internet access.
