Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize programs.
  • Communicate with players and parents.
  • During clinics and camps, you are supervising all players until the end of the practice time.
  • Keeping the Assistant Director and Director of Volleyball informed with any issues and the steps that will be taken for conflict resolution.
  • Track player progress.
  • Supporting the safety of all members, guests and employees.

Qualifications:
  • Ability and experience to instruct entry level skills through Advanced levels
  • High level volleyball playing experience
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Background check and drug screen required
  • Knowledgeable of safety training, procedures and best practices used throughout the sports and wellness industry
