Key Responsibilities: - Plan and organize programs.
- Communicate with players and parents.
- During clinics and camps, you are supervising all players until the end of the practice time.
- Keeping the Assistant Director and Director of Volleyball informed with any issues and the steps that will be taken for conflict resolution.
- Track player progress.
- Supporting the safety of all members, guests and employees.
Qualifications: - Ability and experience to instruct entry level skills through Advanced levels
- High level volleyball playing experience
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Background check and drug screen required
- Knowledgeable of safety training, procedures and best practices used throughout the sports and wellness industry
