Genesis10 is currently seeking a Full Stack Java Engineer with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 24+ month contract position.
Responsibilities: - Develop and support full-stack applications using Angular for front-end and Java for back-end
- Write efficient and well-structured Java batch applications (non-GUI)
- Develop scripts and utilities to support developer operations (e.g., monitoring SQL queries, moving archived data)
- PerformSQL query writingand manage related database operations (tables, views, stored procedures)
- Troubleshoot build issues, resolve bugs, and assist team members with environment-related problems
- Ensure code meets unit testing standards, passes code scans, and adheres to object-oriented programming best practices
- Participate in dailyAgile scrum meetings and manage tasks via JIRA
- Work with large data sets and optimize for computational performance and scalability
- Maintain Gradle build dependencies and participate in DevOps coordination
Required Qualifications: - 2 4 years of experience with Angular and JavaScript in a full stack development environment
- 2 4 years of experience with Core Java, including object-oriented programming and design patterns
- 4 6 years of experience with Java, including both GUI and non-GUI batch applications
- 4 6 years of experience writing efficient and scalable SQL queries for large datasets
Pay Range: $ 52 - 62 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
