Our client, a beauty brand, is seeking a detail-oriented Production Artist with strong visual

merchandising experience to support the execution of seasonal retail campaigns across a global footprint. This role will focus on producing high-quality graphic assets for in-store fixtures and environments, working closely with cross-functional partners and external vendors to ensure consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.


Retail Fixture Production & Execution:


  • Create production-ready artwork and graphic files for a wide range of retail units, including gondolas, merchandising displays, and fixture systems, using assets provided by brand creative and marketing teams.
  • Own the end-to-end routing and approval process, collaborating with internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Prepare print-ready deliverables optimized for various production techniques, upholding standards for high-end, premium execution.
  • Package and preflight files for print vendors, ensuring timely delivery to global partners.
  • Coordinate match prints, review proofs for consistency and quality, and manage feedback loops with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accuracy in color matching and graphic integrity throughout the production process, obtaining final approvals from key stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with vendors to preserve design fidelity.
  • Support seasonal messaging updates by coordinating translated copy across multiple markets, managing localization and retailer-specific approvals.
  • Implement translated copy across regional fixture layouts with accuracy and attention to detail.

Visual Merchandising & 2D Graphic Support:

  • Apply approved visual directions to global retail layouts, ensuring consistency with brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Refresh seasonal 3D renderings for Shop-in-Shop installations and VM plans to visualize in-store concepts.
  • Assist with visual integration in decks and presentations for internal reviews and stakeholder alignment.
  • Maintain a well-organized archive of creative assets, supporting reuse and reference across seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with SketchUp or similar 3D rendering tools is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of print production workflows, file setup, and output processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong visual design sense with an emphasis on typography, composition, and brand aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; experience collaborating with remote and cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in retail visual merchandising or a creative production environment is preferred.
  • This is an onsite-hybrid role and must work 3-days onsite in West Hollywood, CA.
