Our client is on the hunt for a passionate Visual Designer to lead the charge in crafting and executing cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns. Do you have a sharp eye for design that stops the scroll, strong Photoshop and Figma chops, and a knack for turning big ideas into scroll-stopping visuals? If so, we want to hear from you.

In this role, your creative output won't sit on the shelf-it will be seen, tested, measured, and optimized in real-time. You'll have the opportunity to work on everything from display ads and social media content to email campaigns and corporate branding. Got an idea? Run with it-and see it go live the next day. We move fast, test constantly, and measure impact-because your work directly affects the bottom line.

You'll be at the forefront of our creative engine-ideating, iterating, and producing content viewed by millions. Often, your designs will be the first interaction users have with the brand-so your work truly matters.

We're searching for someone who lives and breathes marketing design-someone who can both dream up bold concepts and deliver pixel-perfect execution.

You should be:
  • A creative powerhouse who's passionate about pushing visual boundaries and exploring fresh concepts.
  • A self-starter who can take projects from idea to launch with minimal oversight.
  • A strategic thinker who considers the why behind every design.
  • Passionate about visual storytelling and data visualization.
  • Able to interpret and innovate within brand guidelines.
  • Someone with a unique perspective on consumers and how they engage with design and advertising.
  • A team player who collaborates well with fellow designers and marketers.
  • Highly discerning when it comes to photography and digital composition.
What You'll Need:
  • 4 years of visual design or graphic design experience.
  • Expert-level skills in Photoshop and/or Sketch (Figma also highly valued).
  • Strong organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail.
  • A background in graphic design or a related field.
  • Ability to create a variety of digital assets-emails, display ads, landing pages, UI elements, social media visuals, infographics, and more. (You don't need to check every box, but the more the better.)
  • A link to your online portfolio-this is a must.
