Position Overview


As our Visual Content Creator, you will be responsible for bringing our brand to life through compelling visual storytelling across multiple platforms. Success in the role will come from your creative versatility, attention to detail, and ability to translate our brand ethos into powerful visual content that inspires human performance. You'll work closely with our Senior Creative Director to execute photoshoots, design marketing materials, and create content that Refuses Second Best. Candidates must be willing to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days in office) and in this role, you will report to our Senior Creative Director.

How will you bring leadership to PLAE?

  • Plan and execute photoshoots with athletes & coaches in various training environments that capture the spirit of elite human performance.
  • Create compelling marketing materials including brochures, social media content, signage, and digital displays that embody our brand identity.
  • Support art direction of campaigns and content under the supervision of the Creative Director.
  • Capture and edit photo and video content that tells the PLAE story and showcases our products and environments for us in organic and paid media.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all branded materials while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Team Player - Collaborate across departments to ensure visual content supports overall marketing and brand objectives.

How will you know you are perfect for this key role at PLAE?

As our ideal candidate you will have 3-5 years of relevant creative experience, credentials and skills including:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Photography, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing graphic design work, photography, and videography skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience planning and executing photoshoots, including lighting, composition, and directing subjects.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity and how to maintain consistency across various platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience creating content for different platforms including print, digital, and social media.
  • Possess a "Humble and Hungry" mindset with a passion for innovation and pushing creative boundaries.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with a team that refuses to accept second best.
  • Strong interest in athletics, human performance, and the fitness industry.

Your normal work hours will be 8 hours a day Monday through Friday. As a winner and somebody who understands the creative process and timelines, you recognize that at times there will be the need for flexibility in our hours to achieve our individual, team and company ambitions. Travel approximately 10%-20% of the time.
